About The Venned Group

It was founded on a single belief: that the gap between executive strategy and organizational execution is not a strategy problem. It is a leadership problem. And leadership problems have solutions.

Why We Exist

Every Struggling Team Has a Leadership Gap at Its Core

After years of working inside and alongside high-growth organizations, our founder, Kendra, saw the same pattern recur. Brilliant strategies. Ambitious targets. Executive teams were fully aligned on where the company needed to go, and middle management was unable to get it there.

The problem was never effort. It was never the intention. The problem was that nobody had ever given those managers the tools, the frameworks, or the environment to lead at the level the organization actually needed. They were promoted for their technical skills and left to figure out leadership on their own.

The Venned Group was built to solve exactly that. Not with motivational workshops or generic curriculum, but with structured, evidence-based programs that permanently change how leaders lead, how teams execute, and how strategy actually gets delivered.

Meet Kendra

Strategist. Operator. Leadership Architect.

Kendra is not a theorist. She is a practitioner who has spent over 15 years embedded inside the real operational challenges of scaling organizations, working directly with CEOs, COOs, and executive teams to diagnose leadership breakdowns and build the infrastructure to fix them permanently.

Her approach is direct, evidence-based, and unapologetically focused on outcomes. She does not deliver programs and disappear. She partners with organizations for as long as it takes to ensure the change is structural, measurable, and lasting.

Kendra has worked with senior leaders across Canada, the United States, and internationally, spanning financial services, technology, professional services, retail, and manufacturing. Her clients return not because they enjoyed the experience, but because it worked.

How We Think

Our Philosophy on Leadership & Execution

01Leadership is infrastructure, not inspiration

Great organizations don’t rely on charismatic leaders to carry the culture. They build systems, habits, and environments where leadership behaviours are structural, consistent regardless of who is in the room.

02The execution gap is always a leadership gap in disguise

When strategy fails, the instinct is to revisit the strategy. The real question is always: do the people responsible for executing it have what they need to actually lead? In our experience, the answer is almost always no.

03Sustainable change requires diagnosis before prescription

We don’t arrive with a solution already in mind. Every engagement begins with the SPARK Assessment, a structured diagnostic that tells us exactly where the gaps are before we design anything.

04Your middle managers are not the problem. They are the opportunity

The organizations we partner with have untapped leadership capacity sitting in their management layer. Our job is not to replace those managers; it is to unlock what they are already capable of delivering.

05Results are the only metric that matters

We measure our success by what changes inside your organization after we leave, not by participant satisfaction scores or program completion rates.
