The S.P.A.R.K. Program can be facilitated in-person, virtually, or a mix thereof. All sessions are conducted live with recordings and slides shared after the session in our Community and LMS.
Your team will be given a workbook to record their thoughts and prompt their retention of important concepts.
Your team will have access to all of their workshop resources in our Learning Management System, where their knowledge assessments and completion of workshop work will also be tracked.
Through 1:1 coaching with Laura Lillie Goodridge, leaders get the personalized support, accountability, and feedback they need to handle real leadership moments with confidence.
Your team’s learning and development doesn’t stop once the sessions are complete! To continue to develop, your team will also have lifetime access to our proprietary database of live trainings, articles and development tools.
Your team will be required to complete a knowledge assessment at the end of the program. Credly Badges will be issued upon successful completion of assessments, which can be stored and shared on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
