- Payment information when you purchase a product such as the S.P.A.R.K. Assessment report (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your payment details)
- Responses and answers submitted through the S.P.A.R.K. Assessment
- Messages, enquiries, and communications you send to us directly
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on each page, and referring URLs

- Calendly or equivalent – Discovery call scheduling

Legal Requirements We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority — or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Venned Group, our clients, or others.

06 Data Protection

- S.P.A.R.K. Assessment data – retained for the duration of your account and up to 2 years after last activity
