Our Approach

Our training programs provide cohort-based learning experiences alongside like-minded, mid-level leaders looking to upskill their soft skills, communication, and overall leadership qualities. A safe space where learning and networking go hand-in-hand.

Our Aim

The S.P.A.R.K. Team Training aims to provide a collaborative safe and supported space for established and/or emerging leaders to come together for self-reflection, growth, and constructive conversation.  Topics covered center on current leadership practices tailored for the specific needs of the organization. 



Individually and as a team, we will sharpen the skills necessary to navigate professionally through the organization, linearly or laterally. Participants will strengthen soft skills such as conflict resolution, supporting team members, identifying collective company culture and honing in on both management and communication styles.

THE S.P.A.R.K. LEADERSHIP INCUBATOR

A 7-week live cohort-based program for people leaders at the Manager or Director level who want to improve their leadership & communication skills.

7 Live Cohort-Based Sessions

This is a fast-tracked version of our hallmark S.P.A.R.K. Leadership & Soft Skill Training Program. Leaders will meet live (in-person or virtual) over the course of 7 weeks.

Program Workbook

Participants receive a guided workbook to support each session, capture key takeaways, and apply the concepts directly to their leadership role. It serves as a practical reference throughout the program and beyond.

Session Recordings in Private Learning Space

You will have access to all of your workshop resources in our Learning Management System, where your knowledge assessments and completion of workshop work will also be tracked.

Access to our TVG Community

Your learning and development doesn’t stop once the sessions are complete! To continue to develop, you will also have lifetime access to our proprietary database of live trainings, articles and development tools. 

Certificate of Completion

You will be required to complete a knowledge assessment at the end of the program. Credly Badges will be issued upon successful completion of assessments, which can be stored and shared on LinkedIn and other social platforms.

The program is spread over 7 weeks. Virtual sessions are 90-minutes in length and In-Person sessions are 2 hours in length.

In the S.P.A.R.K. Incubator, you’ll sharpen a wide array of leadership and communication skills essential for effective team management. These include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Understanding the role of personality in feedback reception and delivery

To ensure a personalized learning experience and foster meaningful interactions, each cohort is limited to a maximum of 8 individuals. This allows for ample personal attention and in-depth discussions.

At the end of the program, you will receive a comprehensive 14-page My S.P.A.R.K. Report detailing your growth, learning, and overall journey through the Incubator. 

 

Additionally, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion to acknowledge your dedication and learning.

We understand that conflicts may arise unexpectedly. If you miss a session, the recording, slide decks and exercises will be available on our online learning management system.
